    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I think I made a typo for the MEID. I received a message from Public Mobile telling me they will contact me shortly but nothing. I tried the chatbot but it redirects to me submit a ticket with 404. I tried to clean the cache and it's still 404, what to do? I can't manage to contact the support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Will send you the porting team number private message and give the old provider account number and they can retrigger the port request for you .
