At the moment I signed up there was no choice of any plans with more than 1gb data for the same price.

I need to change to this plan since I'm a new customer what is the solution and how can I get this plan if I can't I'll be canceling my subscription

You cannot get that plan as an existing customer. You will have to activate a new account if you want that plan.

So we as current customers can’t get it!

Hi @Sebastiano ; Welcome to PM. I would suggest messaging the support agent at, https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

If you joined PM recently they might be able to do something about this since if you choose to port out and port in (that is go out of public mobile and come back in as a new activation) it would just be a hassle for both you and them. Therefore in my personal opinion its best to ask and see as you have nothing to lose anyways. 🙂
