    <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't ever had to buy Data. 250mb is fine. and only buy minutes a couple times a year. If PM wants more money from me I would consider upgrading to the $24 /4GB plan. why isn't it available to customers like me ? I feel if PM targeted users like me to switch PM would make more $&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And I don't see it that way. You can change plans at any time. You just have to weigh out things. Lose your number or port out then port back in. You'd lose your Legacy Rewards too. You have to weigh the pros and cons.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Do the math and you'll be able to figure out if it's worth switching over or staying put. Make sense?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
