I subscribed to a plan for my wife, but I don’t know how it is an esim card plan, and it's on my phone and I deleted the esim.I want to switch from esim card to sim card, please help me

You can buy a SIM card from Public Mobile, though delivery can take a couple of weeks.

Perhaps try London Drugs, Amazon, or a mall kiosk which handles Telus / Koodo / PM.

Once you have a new SIM, follow these steps to update the SIM number associated with her account:

Go to the ‘Profile’ tab
Select the pencil icon next to your current SIM number
Enter your the 19-digit code of your new SIM
Select ‘Save Changes’

If you have issues when trying to do this please submit a support ticket with Public Mobile Customer Support Agents (CS_Agent) to request a SIM Swap: At this link > Message CS_Agent

No I can't, I even can't login my account, I am locked at the page as shown in the picture.I can't receive verification code because I erase the esim card.
