I want to change my plan to one of boxing week plans: 4G 30GB plan for $29/month, but it is not possible through my account.

@fatemeh220 sorry that plan is only for new activations only . If you really want it you will have to create a new account with new email and SIM

@fatemeh220 Also note by doing so you will have to choose a new PM number or port your first line out to a new provider and port it back in on the newly created PM account

some are reporting it is possible by contact CS_AGENT and then if turned down trying to escalate from there.

You can if you switch but is it your renewal date because if you on a plan now they takes money right away
