I bought a 15 day US roaming in Canada before I left for Arizaon, I expired yesterday and I cannot seem to add it again. What's wrong?

@Lumen You need to wait 24 hours after the first US roaming add on ends to rebuy same US roaming on . Or buy a different US roaming add on . Only way to get very same US roaming add on is to contact support and they can play it back to back for you

to buy the same add-on, you have to wait until the old one is gone entirely. Does it show 0/15 days ?

are you buying the exact roaming add-on that just expired? Usually you need to wait 24 hours before you can rebuy the exact same one. you can however buy different roaming addon without the wait

But if you really need the same exact roaming addon, you will need support agent's help to rebuy, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

That is good to know, I had no idea that I could not buy it again right away. I have tried to contract support with lunck
