Brand and model?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;iPhone: Update Carrier profile first, then Try Reset network settings, try changing your network to 4G/LTE and test&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android, Try Reset All networks.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Try changing the network mode to 4G or LTE.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Follow the onscreen instructions to install your carrier update&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, Please make sure you update your iOS as well&lt;/P&gt;</description>
