I have a 3g service, but to day i see my phone shows 5g. What is that? an upgrade , an error.......?

hi @tnh the 3G plan you got only meant 3G speed. You can still access the LTE or 5G network just at reduced speed

So, no need upgrade and you won't got charged extra

@tnh Just means you have phone set to automatic network and it’s getting good signal on the 5G network but your data speed will still be throttled to 3mbs
