Hello,

I'm trying to activate my sim. I entered the details for my visa debit card but it says it cannot be verfied. I'm from the UK and its a UK card.

@hk8336 A lot of people have trouble using Visa Debit card, specially if its from overseas. You can either send a private message to the Moderator_Team or purchase Public Mobile voucher from local stores like Canadian Tire, Shopper Drug mart or local gas station.

it is probably easier just to get the voucher at a retail store

Not sure if I remember correctly but I thought Public Mobile only accepts Canadian credit cards.
