Bought two North American plans & neither is working in the USA...please help

@johnamilne Is anything working at all, text and voice calls, data? This is a Canada/US plan rather than an add-on? Your phone needs to be set to LTE and not 5G, connect to T-Mobile or AT&T whichever works better, make sure data roaming is turned on. If you still can't get voice, try T-Mobile and dropping the phone to 2G because there is no more 3G in the USA.

@johnamilne Make sure data roaming turned on in phone settings and set phone to 4G/LTE and connected to T mobile or AT&T . If you have issues with voice try phone on 2G and connect to T mobile
