      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/334677"&gt;@MColleen&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; For future reference, in apps like Google Maps you can download the maps for use offline and then you don't need data to navigate. &amp;nbsp;For the current problem do you have data roaming turned on, your phone set to LTE not 5G and are connecting to either AT&amp;amp;T or T-Mobile? &amp;nbsp;If voice calls still don't work try to connect to 2G on T-Mobile. &amp;nbsp;The US has shut down their 3G networks which can cause problems for some phones.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem.&amp;nbsp; As result, I text customer service on public mobile every hour until worked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
