So you paid $39.10 for the 40gb plan too? Then another $39.10 within the same month? 😥

New subscriber as of December 24, 2023. Took advantage of the Boxing day deal 40GB for $34. Go online yesterday and see it's now 50GB for $34 new subscribers only. I thought I had the Boxing day deal and it changed. Very disappointing. Wondering if there is anything PM can do to help.

I too saw this and unfortunately it’s only for new activations not existing customers . So I had to create a new account with new email to get this plan also

Unfortunately, it’s only for new subscribers and there’s nothing we can do. Hopefully, PM will consider offering this plan to existing customers sometime today.

@Mpcameron: Since you joined very recently I would send a message to the service agent https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 to see if you can get a plan change. You have nothing to lose (no rewards etc) as you joined a couple of days ago so I think it's always better to ask if they can do this.
