Calls keep dropping

My calls keep dropping on my phone and my roommates phone that’s also on public mobile. Started within the last month. Also my voice cuts out or turns digital sounding when talking to someone on a landline. I also hear this on my end when talking to other people on cell phones.

That sounds weird.

Have you tried to reboot the phone to see if that might help.

It could be a weak signal on 5G. Switch your Voice & Data settings to 4G/LTE and enable VoLTE.

Nothing on the map. And it’s been going on for a month straight. I’ll try to set it to 3g or 5g

Hmm were you always with PM or you just transferred over? Did you experience this before?

@KCats Try 3G first and test if it’s better leave there for a day or two and put it back to 4G/LTE is that what you usually have it set on

Transferred over in the summer. And my roommate has been on it for a few years. This just started to both are phone recently
