The restriction is 1 account/1 email. You need to login on your registered email address and password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Create a Eversafe ID for your account if you haven’t done so. Click on Sign Up and use your email and password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_0110.png" style="width: 750px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/106852iBC8EDF9B337ABDE8/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_0110.png" alt="IMG_0110.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don’t remember the registered email or password.
