    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/352536"&gt;@Godzillaz&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Since the renewal was as recently as Boxing Day I would have said give them another day or two since it was a holiday (although one would assume it is automated) but when I looked at my rewards this morning it doesn't look like I got any points on my renewal earlier in December. &amp;nbsp;I just went back to check again but the page was unavailable, it said unauthorized. Perhaps they are doing an update.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok so what to say if rewards are missing?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Signed up Black Friday weekend, was given rewards + new account rewards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Renewal was on Boxing day, payment was processed, but no rewards credited on renewal date?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The plan pages seem to imply I get the reward points every month no?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok follow up&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Emailed Customer Service&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There response was "system error" please "wait 72 hours" (aka 3 days)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I check back today (Jan 2) and advised more than 72 hours have elapsed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Still no rewards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else hear about system issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
