PM really should put a big warning next to the Post/Reply button that it is going to be posted in the public forum. So many people are not aware of that.

@ny1 If you don't know how to edit a post look for the v in a circle in the top right corner of your post and select edit, as others have said you really need to remove all this personal information, this is a public web page that anyone on the internet can see
