      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello! I bought recently the 30$ US roaming plan for my public mobile account, but when it “activated”, nothing happened. It currently says i have negative minutes and negative texts available. I still cannot receive texts or access the data i bought.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have already tried restarting my device as well as each individual connection. Is there a way to solve this issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you made sure that roaming on your phone is enabled?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/336124"&gt;@MushroomLB&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go into your network settings and choose T-Mobile then reboot your phone. It should work just fine after that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don't know how to do that, just let me know if you have an Android or iPhone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
