      <title>Airalo kicking off Public eSim</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to download another eSIM ( Airalo), and it looks like it took off my Public Mobile eSIM. Please help as I need to get the public eSIM back installed as right now I have no data right now so need urgent help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Go to subscription add on page .       <description>&lt;P&gt;What type of phone do you have? Maybe it only has the ability to hold one e-sim at a time? If that is the case I'd recommend getting a physical PM sim this time, so you can keep both on your phone at all times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check local Telus/Koodo stores for PM sims. Or order from Amazon. Or if you're in the lower mainland of BC, I have a couple kicking around.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/347053"&gt;@Colby76&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I used Airalo before, your PM eSIM should still be there and not deleted, so, there is really no reason to go and rebuy eSIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/164191"&gt;@DennyCrane&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;is correct, only iPhone 13 and above allow multiple eSIM profiles to be active at the same time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
