Airalo kicking off Public eSim

I tried to download another eSIM ( Airalo), and it looks like it took off my Public Mobile eSIM. Please help as I need to get the public eSIM back installed as right now I have no data right now so need urgent help

do back to the sim manager or Cellular screen, you can re-enable Public Mobile esim agian

or on iPhone, you can set PM esim back to primary and set Airalo to Travel or other

If that is not what you seeing, please post us screenshot

@Colby76 you will have re buy eSIM if you deleted it from phone , Download app on phone log into your account . Go to subscription add on page . Notice in my screen shot “shop SIM card now “ tap it and select eSIM and instal that’s it

What type of phone do you have? Maybe it only has the ability to hold one e-sim at a time? If that is the case I'd recommend getting a physical PM sim this time, so you can keep both on your phone at all times.

Check local Telus/Koodo stores for PM sims. Or order from Amazon. Or if you're in the lower mainland of BC, I have a couple kicking around.

@Colby76 I used Airalo before, your PM eSIM should still be there and not deleted, so, there is really no reason to go and rebuy eSIM.

And @DennyCrane is correct, only iPhone 13 and above allow multiple eSIM profiles to be active at the same time.
