      <description>&lt;P&gt;One other tip that I found useful is, if you can initiate the porting in the beginning of the week; not at the end of the week it's better as normally I found that the customer support can be less and harder to reach during weekends generally speaking (at least for me during the last port I did).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
