      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am speaking on behalf of a new Public mobile member.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I was trying to activate my SIM transferring from Koodoo.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was on 5G instead of wifi however, activation failed and i could not restart the process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did not put the Public SIM card before the transfer process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do i try to start activation again?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If pre paid you need to create account on the app not website . If not, re-install the Koodo SIM without delay, and reply to the text message once it comes in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/269452"&gt;@Handy1&lt;/a&gt; makes a good point about the Koodo plan that you're on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
