i have loyalty rewards on my account, if i change my plan today, will these old loyalty rewards still apply or not?

@naresh2- Changing plans does not affect old loyalty rewards.

thanks for the reply, if i pick any new plan of 30 gb data, i will still get old loyalty rewards on my account as it is

@naresh2 Your rewards will stay the same I can confirm I change plan often and keep my old rewards have a look

@naresh2 Which plan/s are you looking at because many are for new activations only. Are you close to your renewal because if you change immediately you will lose the rest of your current plan, it won't be pro-rated. Best to select change on renewal.

Rewards, Add-ons, Available Funds, SIM card, and phone number are attached to the account. Changing your plan doesn't affect these other things (aside from changing the math a little).

Promo bonuses are also attached to the account, but they are sometimes conditional and usually the condition is that you must keep the promo plan you signed up with to continue getting the discount or more data or whatever bonus the promo was about. These conditions (if any) will be specified somewhere on your Self-Serve page. I think somebody once commented that the system will warn you about losing promo bonuses if you try to switch away to a non-promo plan, but this isn't something I've personally confirmed.
