      <title>Payment Failed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I keep getting Payment Failed -&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please try again or use a different payment method.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried on an android phone, iphone and my laptop.&amp;nbsp; I have tried on the app.&amp;nbsp; I have cleared cache and cookies, called my bank to make sure they are not blocking payments.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have auto-filled and manually filled information for address and card info.&amp;nbsp; I have also tried a credit card and a debit card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have made sure all my information is correct and even had PM update the info on my account to make sure everything is current.&amp;nbsp; I have tried over the span of 2 days now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Am i missing anything else?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sometimes one will have to wait 24 hours and try again . I’m mean time you can buy payment vouchers and load it *611 and resume service . And update card later if in hurry .       <description>&lt;P&gt;I will give incognito mode a try.&amp;nbsp; I have been chatting with a CS agent who been asking me numerous questions but has yet to come up with a solution.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope it works out since there's some pretty awesome deals!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same problem... at least the app gives me the chance to add my old postal code as a separate billing address as my card did not update like the rest of my accounts...&amp;nbsp; i'll be trying again in 1 hr.. ish...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
