Hello, I will be on vacation starting Jan 6, 2024 until Apr 5, 2024. Currently I am subscribed to $120-90 Days 7.5GB-3G Plan (already paid till March 2024). Is there any possibility to unsubscribe from the plan for this period and get the credit for this period? On arrival, I want to subscribe to $29/month plan.

Can you suggest a solution please?

And resume before 90 day is up but you will already be back by then after pre paying 90 days . And because PM pre paid there no refunds

Hey @anp1

There is no way to put your subscription on hold. If you want this new $29 plan you'd have to start fresh and let your old plan go. If you've already paid for the 90 days, PM doesn't do refunds. You're stuck with it. If you do sign up new, you can't keep your phone number either. You'd have to port out then port back in. The other thing, there is no guarantee this $29 plan would be here when you get back.

Thanks Handy1. May be then I do not auto renew the existing plan and subscribe to a new plan on arrival. Is that right??

Thanks again

So let it run its course and truth be told i think you should make plan change for a better plan that along offered right now your on a old plan and not getting much value for you $120 90 day 3G plan . Right now in your account you can get 60GB for $40 5G unlimited data 30 day . Then then . This whole senerio would be easy to unsubscribe and make manual payment when back
