      <description>&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile wishes for alll customers to use the chatbot to open tickets, but the process doesn't always work.&amp;nbsp; If you need to send a private message to a customer support agent, it should be sent privately to the username CS_Agent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
