Uhm @CJ97 , okay I'll bite.

What information or evidence do you have that you have been wiretapped?

If this was by authorities doing so under a Court order, your recourse is through the court systems.

If it's by another individual who has somehow installed something on your device to enable this, still not public mobile.

Unless you're purporting that public mobile is doing so on your device for their benefit or information, that's the only cause of action you would have toward contacting them to complain and seek recourse.
