I used the above procedure some time ago and it worked fine. Now I wish to go back to normal voice mail and went through procedure and it seems to work but no actual voicemail is recorded

To reset all of your call forwarding to default (voicemail) dial ##004#.

Thanks softtech. Can I still retrieve voicemails without getting charged by dialing in to voicemail number from a different phone?

When I try to retrieve voicemail messages using another phone after I enter the phone number it only seems to allow me to leave a message not to retrieve messages

@topsy , call your phone number from another phone, once the recording begins push the star ( * ) key.
