I would suggest going into your mailbox and going to the "Sent" folder and reply with... follow up please. And see what happens.

Also, and I am sure I replied to you asking what the concerns were so we could maybe help you but that thread/post seems to have vanished.

Can you share with us what the issue is and maybe we can help you figure some things out?
