      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please also ensure you scan the QR code. Should be in welcome email. You need to open the email from a desktop computer and scan the code with the phone. Activate using the App.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure that you also check if the Sim was enabled in the Sim Manager in the phone settings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We type the&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT color="#800080"&gt;19-digit code of the new&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT color="#800080"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;SIM Card # in the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;section of the app&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;when you get to that during sign up! It won’t be in the email.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#800080"&gt;However&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/363947"&gt;@djen&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;stated scanning the bar code which I didn’t know we could do!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/108791"&gt;@LitlLdy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it sounds to me OP was using the browser to activate and used app to try to scan the bar code showed after payment step about downloading PM app to continue activation&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;from what I understand, if you use the app to activate, if physical sim, no QR or bar code to scan.&amp;nbsp; If you eSIM, the app will try to install the esim for you and won't ask you to scan bar code or QR.&amp;nbsp; So, the only scan code step would be when ou activate via browser, after payment step, the process will ask you to download the PM app and provided you a QR code to scan and download quicker&lt;/P&gt;</description>
