      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don’t know how to start a thread it’s not giving me that option sorry, this is all really confusing for me, I was setting up this public mobile yesterday and everything was going fine until they needed a 6 digit code associated with my eversafe ID, a few minutes earlier they had sent a message mentioning they were having troubles transferring my number. So now when I open the public mobile app, I cannot continue to sign into the app until I get my 6 digit code that I am not receiving.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
