Hi all. I subscribed to PM on Nov 27 with the Black Friday $34 plan.

I had auto payments on however was considering last night (Dec 26) of switching over to another provider and went into the app to cancel my auto pay as I did not want PM to charge me today (Dec 27) for another month. Few hours later (past midnight so Dec 27) I decided against switching and went back into the app and turned auto pay back on.

Unfortunately when I woke up this morning, although my phone still shows 5G and 2 bars of reception, I cannot use data or make/receive calls. I have also not been charged as of yet for my subscription for this month.

Looking for help on how to resolve this. I'm assuming it's a matter of PM not having charged me yet for this month but not sure how to have the payment done and restore service.

I turned on auto subscribe last night already. Screenshot shows that it will auto renew today but have noticed that my card has not been charged as of yet.

Do I need to still go ahead and make the payment manually
