Shop SIM card - login issue

Hello Everyone,

Greetings !
Facing trouble with login while trying to order a SIM card.
Able to login to my account with same credentials. However, encountering issue only with Shop.
Anyone else facing similar issue ?

@raknahss : It's an unrelated third "account". Just make up something else.

@raknahss...try using a different web browser. Clear cache files. Use incognito mode.

You need to setup a new account. You can't use your community account for the shopping site.

@raknahss There are too many systems with PM. 3 different one. The Shop is unrelated with Community and My Account. Just create a new one. You can use the same email address

Not using the community account.
Using the credentials corresponding to "My Account"

you can Continue as a guest but you have to put it same your email with your account,

or if you like to Create Account

This isnt correct. Any e-mail address can be used to create an Public Mobile online store account.
