I would like to change my plan to the Boxing Day 24 dollar plan. Any help would be appreciated

@Anna1970 Sorry the $24 plan is just for. New activations . Existing customers cannot get this one unfortunately

That’s too bad as the plan offers more data for a lower price than my current plan. Have any existing customers been able to switch to this current plan?
