@CS_Agent I'd like to change my current plan to the new boxing day promo for $24 4GB on 4G. Can someone help me make this change please? Been with Public Mobile for a number of years already. Thank you.

first, CS_agent won't monitor the posts on this Community

Also, the $24 plan is strictly for new activation and not for existing subscribers, so, you cannot change to it, sorry about that

Unfortunately, this new promo plan is for new activations only. Existing customers are not able to get this plan. Keep a close eye on this forum in the next week or so. Hopefully, Public mobile will offer this plan to existing customers also, but no guarantees though.
