    <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered my plan on December 17th and have not received my sim card as yet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is not email saying its shipped. Does it take this long to be shipped out?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/362789"&gt;@Nab26&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your want to get activated sooner, get to a corporate TELUS or Koodo location and pick up a Public Mobile SIM card there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Afterwards, ask the customer support agents to waive the SIM card purchase price by asking them here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To contact a Customer Support Agent, send a private message to them by clicking &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;here&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;.&amp;nbsp; You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar, or tap your Avatar down in Messages.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
