      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, my plan is 3G speed $25. I would like to change to 4G $24&amp;nbsp; 3GB I see online.&lt;BR /&gt;However when I tried to do from my account the plan I want to change won't come up.&lt;BR /&gt;I reached out the chat , the agent told me to reach out customer support they only deal with new activation customers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So check those out regularly as they do change, sometimes often.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customer Support from PM is reached by that CHAT BUBBLE bottom right of the screen, seen below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="esjliv_0-1703361416191.png" style="width: 475px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/106004i0D95A8B1B11328A7/image-dimensions/475x201?v=v2" width="475" height="201" role="button" title="esjliv_0-1703361416191.png" alt="esjliv_0-1703361416191.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or, you can use your INBOX messages to sent to 'CS_Agent'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sounds like you were using the activations only area...funny they don't even tell you how to contact PM support...&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":face_with_rolling_eyes:"&gt;🙄&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
