@Shawncarr1 Do you have iPhone on iMessage ? And do you have data left on plan ? Of iPhone try turn off iMessage and just use sms instead

Hi @Shawncarr1,

Are you trying to text via RCS messaging or SMS messaging?

If RCS messaging, you'll need to be connected to a wifi network or your mobile data. If SMS messaging, you'll need to be connected to the Public Mobile network. Also, if your trying to send via SMS, try restarting your phone, that might help at times.

Sounds to me like you’re not trying to send texts (SMS), you’re trying to send MMS or RCS messages and either your data isn’t toggled on (MMS) or you’re not using available wifi or data (RCS)
