@Wally4 First try to reboot the phones reset network settings . See if that helps at all

Have you checked to make sure you are connected to a WiFi network and/or do you have your mobile data turned on?

if your data is turned off then you cant receive pictures

@Wally4 You need to have cellular data turned on to get MMS pictures, wifi typically doesn't work for MMS. You also need to have MMS enabled in your settings.

hi @Wally4 to add to what said, while you need data for MMS to work, it wouldn't actually use data from your data bucket
