Hi,

Can I move my existing physical SIM number to an eSIM. Please let me know the procedure. My phone is S23 plus.

@Panduka Yes but I would stick with physical SIM card. Instead as I prefer them . But if you want to download the app on the phone you want eSIM on and log into your account then go to subscriptions add on page . Notice “shop SIM card now “ in my screen shot tap it and select eSIM download and install that’s it

Hi @Panduka,

It can be done as pointed out by @Handy1 but keep in mind that you will always have to purchase a new eSim whenever you get a new device or need to do reparations on your phone. The Physical Sim can be moved from one phone to the next without any additional purchases.
