      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/362109"&gt;@Zenaida1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;as long as you don't have a valid credit card or debit card registered on your account, your account will suspend as soon as next renewal occurs. Then at day 90, your account is deactivated. There's no more cost to you at all once current renewal fails due to non pay.&amp;nbsp; If you do have a card set to Autopay, you need to get a Customer Support Agent to remove the card from your file. Use this link to send them a message but include as much account info as you can remember ie: name, address, ph number, account number, PM pin number etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
