    <description>&lt;P&gt;I transferred my number from SaskTel to Public Mobile on 30Nov2023, but I don't know I need to answer the SMS within 90 minutes using the old SIM card. I can not received any call and SMS now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I get help from Public Mobile Customer Service?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/361951"&gt;@peggyko0787&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure that your Sasktel account is still active to be able to port out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your old SIM should still work if it is Active. Once you contact an agent to restart the porting process. Your old SIM will continue to work until porting is completed. This could take up to 90 minutes to 2 hours. Once it stopped working then power off your phone and swap to the PM SIM then power the phone back on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
