      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to port out my phone number from Public mobile for freedom mobile but it appeared there's an error. Freedom mobile told me to check with PM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I do it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And you need freedom to re trigger the port request .
