      <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I bought a sim card and entered the serial number and chose the $50 membership type, but when the code for the sim card should be sent, I found that the sim card does not work, I even tried it with other phones, but the sim card does not work.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Now I have lost $57 from my account and I can't even log into my account&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;What should I do now?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

Could be due several things.
