      <description>&lt;P&gt;my iphone is fine, and was working fine with Telus and the Telus Sim card juts before i moved to Public ... chat box is useless,i tried 3 times to open a ticket ad everytimes it ended an "error, try again" . No way to talk to someone, very frustrtaing, terrible csutomer service&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
