Losing Rewards

Hi, I just switched y account to a 5G from a 3G and the new plan gave me more GB's then before. I am grandfathered with my rewards, so I get $5 worth of discounts every month due to referrals, loyalty and autopay. When I changed, there wasn't any notification that I would lose those rewards, but wanted to ask here. Will my rewards still be applied to my account monthly? Thanks!

yes, no worries, changing plan won't change your rewards. You will still get your $5 rewards per month that you got from the loyalty rewards program

and did you use Change now or Change on Renewal when you chose to change plan?

if you used Change on Renewal, your $5 will be credit to your account as usual on the day before renewal

if you used change now, your $5 will be added back to your account couple days after the plan change

I did do the change on renewal function.
