I have purchased' 2 15 days $15.00 add on but I have only gotten 10days. I purchased another this morning but it"s not working. Is there a contact number that I can call.

HI @laura25

it wouldn't be 10 days. the roaming has changed to 15 days for couple months

but please remember the expiry counter start from when you bought the addon, not when you are in US and start using it

And if you need to buy the same addon again right after it expires, you need CS agent help, please submit ticket with CS agent here
