How do I pay with an American visa when the form ONLY has an option to enter POSTAL CODE in the information section?

true, I don't think you can. They said American bank issued credit card, but the address on the card has to tie with a Canadian address

what you can do is to use the credit card to go and buy a prepaid credit card, then add the prepaid credit card using any valid postal code onto the system

Another way is to use the US credit card to buy a voucher from Shoppers Durg Mart and load the voucher using *611 or via My Account to pay

The form requires a POSTAL CODE entry. Prepaid card have no postal code attached to them. How do I speak with an actual agent.
