      <description>&lt;P&gt;I switched to public mobile from virgin plus. But after 5 hrs it's still not completed. My virgin plus sim is active and i can make outgoing calls and data on public mobile (e sim)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When they complete process?&amp;nbsp; How can i reach public mobile customer care?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried their chat box but ot showing high volume and didn't connect&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Then you should be good to switch sim and restart phone a few times and should be no longer working on virgin. Call the phone number I sent you to inquire what's happening.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
