New plan not offered on my acct

I want to get the boxing week deal of 34 a month for 40gb 5 g but it isn't being offered on the list when I try to switch.. how do current subscribers get the deal??

@Patti218 Sorry the 40GB for $34 is just for new activations this time around . Was offered to existing customers this past Black Friday weekend . So good chances this plan will come back to all again soon . Maybe for Xmas or Boxing Day just stay tuned

@Patti218 Because it is only offered to new activations. It was offered to everyone about a month ago so will probably show up again over the holidays.

sorry, it is a deal for new activation only. Existing subscribers can check what available within their My Account. Login My Account and check Change Subscription.

So I should just use a different email and transfer my number ?? New activation deals don't work on prepaid plans

@Patti218 . You could but then you would lose your rewards by doing so . I’m confident this pan will return to existing customers as it has been already offered to existing customer before . So I would just remain patient and stay tuned

Sorry, but it's not being offered and there isn't any way for an existing customer to get this plan.
