      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/357637"&gt;@Gobi1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Before you contact a CS Agent, I always recommend speaking directly with your credit card company first to make sure it is an actual double charge and a "Pending" charge and "Regular" charge. Sometimes those can be mistaken. If it IS a double charge, please feel free to click on one of the CS Agent links below.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
