      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have new SIM card on phone for 3 months, phone not working properly. Data glitchy. Phone calls can not be received, wheatger wifi or data on. Can it be a faulty SIM card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have other phone with same monthly and have no problems&lt;/P&gt;</description>
